Mangrove Diamonds ship all pieces via Fedex / DHL both domestically and internationally.
Rest assure, all jewelry items are shipped with a signature required upon delivery.
Yes. All of our shipments are 100% insured.
If your order goes missing during transit, please don't hesitate to contact us right away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace it if necessary. Please note that Mangrove Diamonds cannot be held responsible for missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping company's tracking system.
Occasionally, packages may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. Once your package has left our facility, we are unable to change the shipping speed or overcome any delays caused by such circumstances.
If a delivery attempt is missed, please be aware that Mangrove Diamonds cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your package due to the customer's unavailability for signature upon arrival. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order.
We partner with several independent, highly reputable diamond certification laboratories. The two most prominent one is IGI (International Gemological Institute).
We have a strict policy that all purchases made through our platform are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for any item. Rest assured that our team thoroughly inspects every piece to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality.
In the rare occurrence that your order has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at email@example.com within three days of delivery to request a replacement. It is important to note that the item must be unused and still in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline any replacement request if we suspect that the items have been deliberately damaged or misused.
